The hotel room was fantastic, spacious, and well-appointed with a beautiful bathroom, a cozy king-size bed, a lovely sitting area, a flatscreen TV, and a balcony. The service was top-notch, accommodating, discreet, and respectful. The location was lively, clean, and offered gorgeous views. The dining experience was excellent, especially the wide variety of fruits. Overall, a great stay with a few minor drawbacks.

Our stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though a bit dated, were clean and comfortable with a nice Tropical View and a King size bed. The room temperature was a bit challenging to regulate, but thanks to the housekeeper Marcela, our room was well taken care of. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location, while not as tropical as other nearby resorts, was still worth the cost.
